Our clients returning from fabulous Morocco trips comment time and time again on how lovely the locals are throughout the country. We couldn’t agree more, of course, so have created this itinerary to connect you with Moroccan people during your adventure – whether that’s through learning about their daily life in the cities and mountains, or getting stuck in with some craft making or cookery classes. This itinerary is one for the culture vultures who want an up-close look at life in this corner of north Africa.

You’ll take in two of the country’s most exciting cites – Marrakesh and Fez – where life feels busy and fast-paced (in a lovably chaotic way!), and handicrafts are the backbone of the energetic souks. You’ll have the chance to try all sorts of activities, from leather slipper making to pottery, and even tour through one of the medinas in a sidecar with a local for a unique perspective. In between these stops, we’ll take you out to the countryside for a breath of fresh air and to a more traditional, bucolic way of life. Out here you’ll learn how these mountain people live off the land, and you’ll even break bread with local families, one of the most special moments of connection in this itinerary.

3 nights Marrakesh – 4 nights High Atlas – 3 nights Fez
