Performance of a Contract

To arrange and deliver travel services you request, manage bookings, process payments, provide customer support and handle changes or complaints.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to process it only in accordance with our instructions. Specifically, we may securely share website analytics and marketing data with Google and Facebook.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

In general, we retain customer records for six years after the end of our relationship for tax and legal purposes. Marketing suppression records may be retained indefinitely to ensure we respect your preferences.
