Your tailor-made holiday will be as unique as you are. These itineraries are just a starting point – a bit of inspiration to show what’s possible. Your own trip all starts with a conversation with one of our Jordan experts, who’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you and design the perfect Jordan holiday to match.
This is our most in-depth journey through Jordan, covering the country’s iconic sights, rich history, and an impressive range of landscapes – from deserts and mountains to canyons and coastline. If you want to see it all, this is the one for you.
You’ll start in Amman, Jordan’s capital and a great intro to the country, with eye-opening museums and ancient ruins that'll help piece together Jordan’s fascinating backstory. From there, it’s off to the Dead Sea, where two nights give you time to float, unwind and soak up the surreal scenery. With a bit more time to play with, this itinerary takes you off the main trail, with a stop in the Dana Biosphere Reserve, perfect for gentle hikes and a dose of Jordan’s wilder side. After visiting two of the country’s most impressive crusader castles, you’ll arrive at Petra, with two full days to explore its back trails, hidden tombs and iconic sights.
No grand tour would be complete without a night in the Wadi Rum, where you'll sleep under star-filled skies and explore a landscape made famous by films like Lawrence of Arabia and The Martian. You’ll finish the trip in Aqaba, with a couple of nights by the Red Sea – a laid-back end to an adventure that really shows off the best of Jordan.
Here's a summary of what you might get up to day-to-day on this Jordan holiday. As always, this is just an idea. Every single day of your holiday will be tailored to suit you.
