Les Deux Tours takes the riad concept and resets it in a rural setting, with a rustic tweak to the décor in acknowledgement of this. One of the beauties of a location outside the bustling city is the space to build, so the rooms are all a very decent size, but still have the attractive tile work, carved covings and intricate woodwork of a traditional riad – and in an understated manner, with the countryside feel coming from exposed brickwork and pastel green colours. The grounds are pretty extensive, where daybeds sit on manicured lawns beneath shady trees, and crisp, white towel wait on sun loungers next to the pool. There’s a traditional hammam and spa either to soak and rub away the tiredness that comes from exploring a country, or to prepare you for the adventures ahead!
