Wildwaters Lodge

Whitewaters Lodge is located on the Kalagala Island in the Nile, surrounded by thundering rapids. Accesible only by boat transfer, each of the rooms is surrounded by rainforest providing the ideal retreat for your stay.The rooms are billed as 'super spacious' and each has a large private deck overlooking the Nile (complete with day beds and freestanding baths for ultimate relaxation). The rooms are linked to the main lodge by elevated walkways through the riverine forest - the communal area is actually on a rock peninsula. The lodge is in the newly formed Wildwaters Reserve, with the Kalagala Falls to one side and the Hypoxia River rapids on the other. We think this is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy safari experience - and for those wanting to be adventurous, it is a stunningly scenic base to stay while you try your hand at the many activities on offer.
