Heart-pounding, challenging and thrill inducing, the Grade 5 rapids here are as good as it gets for one day white-water rafting trips. The full rapid course runs for 30km downriver, though there are options to choose a half day experience or tamer Grade 3 rapids instead. Definitely not for everyone, but for adventure-seekers, huge rapids through walls of white-water mixed with calm interludes floating through green pools, this will be an experience to remember.
