Once the palace of a prominent Fassi judge, his family still own La Maison Bleue Batha and have restored and maintained its typically luxurious Fassi décor, with lots of intricate blue tile work, painted ceilings and antique furniture. You can really see the influence of Moorish Spain and Andalusia in the architecture, Each room comes packed with modern conveniences surrounded in historic opulence, whilst at the restaurants, family recipes passed down from the time of the original owner are recreated in what has become one of Fez’s top dining spots.
