Finca Valentina is a delightful peaceful retreat close to Salta city and yet outside the bustle. Unwind in pretty surroundings overlooking the Andes and use this as a lovely base to explore the area. Owned by an Italian couple, this is a traditional local style colonial house with design touches everywhere. And of course, expect a great breakfast and excellent coffee! Its only a short drive from the airport and half an hour into the city. This is a small, intimate property offering a more personal experience with only 5 rooms.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated with white-washed walls, handwoven rugs and traditional wooden furniture. Most rooms have ceiling fans only rather than air-conditioning, which is rarely needed anyway, and there is under-floor heating, keeping it cosy on chilly evenings. There is a lovely garden and swimming pool area to relax and unwind as well as a library and lounge and they have a great selection of wines to try. Dinner can be served on request and is carefully designed by the chef. Other activities that can be organized at the property include: Horse riding, walks (different difficulty levels), traditional cooking lessons and massages.
