Whereas the architecture embraces Vietnam's love of concrete, the facilities in this modern hotel are actually reasonably decent and the albeit 'conventional' rooms are very comfortable for a several nights stay. There are 120 rooms in total in the main tower building, each with a balcony, and then a further 31 rooms (including 7 apartment-style rooms) in the more constructionally elegant annex. Room categories range from the smallest 'Superior Rooms', larger 'Deluxe Rooms' and then a variety of suites. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, tennis court and swimming pool. Service can be variable, depending very much on the confidence and English language capabilities of whoever you are dealing with. Therefore, it is very hit or miss...but applying some latitude and patience will invariably result in a happier stay.
It's a good example of a 3, aspiring 4, star business-style hotel, similar in style to many modern hotels in Vietnam. As long as you don't expect too much, you won't be disappointed.
