Excursion Overview
The Tunnels of Moose Jaw is one of Saskatchewan’s most memorable attractions, offering theatrically guided underground tours beneath the streets of historic downtown Moose Jaw. Each experience is designed to feel like stepping into a live story, with authentic settings, scripted scenes, and guides in character bringing local and Canadian history to life.
There are three separate 50-minute tours, each set in a different era, and you can choose to do one tour, two, or all three:
Bunker 24 (1958 Cold War) drops you into the tension of the Cold War as a new recruit in a top-secret training scenario, complete with period detail and plenty of atmosphere.
Chicago Connection (1929 Prohibition) throws you into the bootlegging world, where you’re dealing with the Capone organisation and trying to stay out of trouble with the local police. This is the most “high energy” of the three, with a real sense of drama and fun.
Passage to Fortune (early Chinese immigration) is the most reflective tour, sharing powerful stories of perseverance, discrimination, and the role Chinese communities played in building Canada, and how they became an essential part of the country’s cultural fabric.

Our recent trip to Canada was an adventure of a lifetime and our experience was enhanced by the faultless planning by Paul Turner. His thorough organisation and assistance throughout made our time away so relaxed and enjoyable and we are truly grateful.

First class. This was the 2nd time I’ve used Holiday Architects - they are absolutely excellent. We have just returned from a perfect trip to Canada to travel and visit friends which Paul Turner brought together excellently.
