Hotel overview

The award-winning Atlantis resort was the first to open its doors on Dubai’s revolutionary man-made island, The Palm in 2008. The iconic hotel offers a marine-themed experience for guests, giving them complimentary access to the onsite Aquaventure Waterpark and its The Lost Chambers Aquarium.

All Deluxe rooms have views of the Arabian sea, Dubai skyline or Palm Island from their private balcony, and the Imperial Club Rooms offer added extras such as Club Lounge access and a personal concierge service. Their Suites have the benefits of a furnished balcony or terrace, free-standing bathtub, afternoon tea, luxury airport transfers, and evening drinks.

You will never run out of places to eat with the choice of 29 restaurants and cafés, including the large underwater restaurant Ossiano, celebrity-chef owned eateries, speciality and casual dining venues.

Atlantis The Palm caters well for families with Wavehouse, the resort's latest venue, which has bowling lanes, an arcade, obstacle course, soft play, nightly entertainment and even a wave simulator.

Dubai Walking Food Tour

This afternoon at 4pm you will be met at the Al Fahidi Metro Station by your local guide, and for the next few hours you'll be taken on a delicious culinary walking tour of the city. Stroll through the cobbled streets of older neighbourhoods passing traditional and curios stores with your informative and entertaining guide. Away from the 5-star restaurants, experience this vibrant area by sampling dates, samosas and Arabic sweets, and passing fresh fish trading shops. You will learn about local culture whilst visiting the textile souk, a traditional abaya store and an oud perfume shop, before finally stopping for a meal and fruit mocktail at a classic street food canteen-style restaurant, considered as a hidden gem of the city. The guide will then leave you to enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah Jeep Safari

Today you will take an off-road adventure on a trail through Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, taking in sites such as Fossil Rock, where many of the fossils there are said to be over 90 million years old! You will see the fascinating archaeological sites at Mleiha, and can marvel at the rugged beauty of Wadi Shakwa pools. Discover ruins and traditional farmlands near Wadi Helo during an easy hike with your local guide. Stop for a picnic lunch after enjoying the scenic views around the sleepy fishing village of Kalba, which boasts the oldest mangrove forests in Arabia on its southern borders. Please note this is a full day tour and modest dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Heli Dubai Aerial Scenic Tour

Take to the sky and experience Dubai like never before with a bird's eye view of iconic landmarks, man-made islands and the glistening waters of the Arabian Gulf. Aboard the spacious and well-appointed helicopter you'll have the greatest vantage point from large windows made for sightseeing at its best. Witness the breathtaking skyline standing proud along the coastline with golden sands and clear blue waters, and look out for highlights such as Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa and the astounding Palm Jumeirah. For a different perspective consider a night flight to see the dazzling city light up in all its glory. Please note that you must make your own way to the HeliDubai designated point 45 minutes prior to your slot with your passports, and the flight will last 12 minutes.

Traditional Dubai City Tour

Dubai is fast, modern and advanced, but the city is traditional too with its rich history rooted in Middle-Eastern values. This afternoon we have arranged for you to take a guided tour, during which you will discover the role of merchants in Dubai's growth by wandering through the cobbled streets of Fahidi Cultural Neighbourhood. Drive along the 'Beach Road' and stop for a photo outside the Jumeirah Mosque, and pass by Zabeel Palace. You will also visit Dubai Museum, housed in the spectacular 18th century Al Fahidi Fort, followed by a ride on the Abra (water taxi) to the enchanting Spice and Gold Souks in Deira. You will have some time at leisure in the souks, before getting dropped back off at your hotel. Modest dress and comfortable shoes are recommended. (Please note that you'll be picked up from your hotel between 1-3pm depending on your location, and Arabian Adventures will contact you directly to confirm your time.)

Sunset Desert Safari

This afternoon you will head to the desert with an experienced safari guide in a 4-wheel drive shared vehicle to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. Stop to watch a falcon display and then head for the sands to experience a thrilling dune drive. Enjoy watching a breathtaking desert sunset with a photo opportunity from the top of a dune. At a Bedouin-style camp await traditional Arabian activities such as henna artists and stargazing, and you'll be able to sample sumptuous Arabic mezzes and eat a barbecue buffet dinner. Relax after dinner with an Arabic coffee, before being driven back to your hotel. Please note that modest dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
