Your tailor-made holiday will be as unique as you are. These itineraries are just a starting point, a bit of inspiration to show what’s possible. Your own trip all starts with a conversation with one of our Uganda experts, who’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you and design the perfect holiday to match.
Uganda is well-established as the go-to destination for gorilla trekking, but that doesn't have to be the only reason to visit. If you're travelling on a budget and looking for an African safari experience with a strong sense of community, this itinerary could be perfect for you. You'll stay in hand-picked 3-star accommodations, with a focus on wildlife and the communities that call this incredible country home.
Enjoy game drives across three of Uganda’s national parks, where you’ll have the chance to spot large herds of elephants, prides of lions, and, if you’re lucky, leopards and hyenas too. And for those still hoping for a primate encounter, you can include a chimpanzee trek through Budongo Forest in Murchison Falls.
If you’d prefer to upgrade to 4- or 5-star lodges or include a gorilla trek, that’s absolutely possible. Just give us a call and speak to Catherine, who will be happy to talk you through the options and advise on any additional costs.
Here's a summary of what you might get up to day-to-day on this Uganda holiday. As always, this is just an idea. Every single day of your trip will be tailored to suit you.
