Day 1
Fly to Vancouver today. On arrival take a walk around the city and head up the Sky tower for stunning 360 degree views.

Day 2
Explore Vancouver today – we recommend hiring a bike and taking a leisurely cycle around Stanley Park where you will find lovely viewpoints alongside pretty gardens and interesting monuments and sculptures.

Day 3
Collect a hire car today and take the ferry over to Victoria on Vancouver Island. Stop and have a look around Butchardt Gardens en route.

Day 4
This morning you join a whale watching trip to go looking for the Orca that spend time in the surrounding waters. You have the option of either a thrilling zodiac experience or a gentler covered boat.

Day 5
Make your way to Tofino today, passing through the scenic interior of Vancouver Island. You will pass Cathedral Grove where a short walk will take you to an impressive stand of giant Douglas firs.

Day 6
This morning join a fantastic bear watching trip from Tofino. Here you can spot bleak bears foraging along the shoreline at low tide.

Day 7
Make your way back to the east coast of Vancouver Island today and relax for the night in the town of Campbell River.

Day 8
This morning you will fly to Knight Inlet Lodge; surrounding by forest and ocean this is a superb spot for wildlife viewing, particularly grizzly bears. You will spend the afternoon today exploring the nearby estuaries on the lookout for these charismatic creatures.

Day 9
Today you have a full day at Knight Inlet, the perfect opportunity to spot bears and other wildlife.

Day 10
A final day at Knight Inlet and the opportunity to take a kayak or boat trip to spot some marine wildlife and seabirds.

Day 11
Return to Campbell River and take a flight to Vancouver where you overnight. Why not take a stroll and enjoy a final dinner in one of the waterfront restaurants.

Day 12
Enjoy a final morning in Vancouver - take a stroll around Stanley Park - before taking your overnight flight home.
