If 5 star comforts mixed with old world charms are your cup of tea, then the Hilton Kuching is a perfect base in the heart of Kuching. Conveniently located overlooking the Sarawak River, the hotel commands one of the best city views from its upper rooms and club lounge. Although appearing a little dated, the guest rooms are extremely comfortable with all mod cons. The wooden furnishings and beige décor won’t suit all tastes, but we find the atmosphere of this hotel very appealing when compared to similar city options. The service here is extremely good and the location is excellent to be able to explore on foot. City attractions such as the Main Bazaar, Kuching Waterfront and the Tua Pek Kong Temple are a mere walk away.

The outdoor pool is inviting after a day exploring Kuching and the small gym is well equipped for a work out. A big spread is served up on the breakfast buffet and lunches or dinner can be enjoyed in the restaurant.
