Territorio is without doubt the best hotel in the Puerto Madyn area in a beautiful location set out on its own and overlooking the beautiful Bahia Nueva. The style is ‘modern-rustic’ using a mix of tin and stone for a clean contemporary look in a great setting. it’s only a moderate stroll away from town and the uninterrupted ocean views and top notch rooms and service make it worthwhile. The ocean is always in sight inside from the huge windows and it’s a great blend of facilities for a smaller size hotel. Explore Peninsula Valdes from here as a base for luxury surroundings at a fraction of the cost of the lodges closer to the wildlife – it’s barely an hour to some of the best wildlife spotting from here.

Every guestroom overlooks the bay and polished concrete floors have been smartly combined with warm coloured carpets and decor throughout. Interconnecting rooms make it a good option for families. There is a good restaurant here which features great seafood and lamb especially and you can relax in the cosy library or spa with jacuzzi and sauna or work out in the gym if you wish after days of exploration in Valdes. From Aug-Nov you may even be lucky enough to spot whales in the bay from the hotel!
