Excursion Overview
Heated by bubbling brooks in the mountainside, La Calera is home to a series of four natural hot spring pools. This area is roughly five kilometres from the small market town of Chivay, so is easily accessible by car or on foot. The springs themselves are pleasant, if not overwhelming, and can attract crowds so do be aware that it can get busy!
