Viña Vik

Set within the spectacular Colchagua Valley, the glimmering titanium casing and spaceship-like curves of the striking Via Vik make for quite the architectural endeavour. The hotel includes just a handful of exquisitely decorated rooms, each with a unique design ranging from serene Japanese decor through to the bolder graffiti-inspire styles. Rooms are arranged around a central open garden, with an infinity pool gently overflowing into the distance in the front of the building. The inventive restaurant prides itself on its use of premium fresh ingredients and serves mouth-watering and carefully crafted menus. Surrounding the hotel and its gardens are thick rows of vines which produce a variety of Chiles juiciest grapes and are transformed into some of the countrys most prestigious wines. All meals and accompanying wines are included during each stay, as well as a wide selection of activities; the VIK vineyard and wine tasting tour is a particular highlight and should not be missed!
