Banff Guided Tour with Gondola & Cruise

This six-hour guided tour introduces you to the spectacular scenery around Banff, surrounded by towering mountains and scenic valley vistas. You’ll stop to view the fascinating wind-swept hoodoos at Surprise Corner, take in the breathtaking views from Tunnel Mountain Drive, and ride the Banff Gondola, which whisks you up the side of Sulphur Mountain for incredible panoramic views of the Bow Valley. The tour concludes with a scenic and historical cruise on Lake Minnewanka, the second-longest lake in the Canadian Rockies. As you glide across the serene waters, you’ll learn about the lake’s natural history and its role in shaping the local community. Throughout the tour, your driver/guide will provide engaging commentary and point out key sights, ensuring you gain a deeper understanding of Banff’s natural attractions and history.

Alpine Heli-Hike

Take a helicopter ride high above Banff National Park to a secluded landing site, then spend three hours exploring the breathtaking alpine scenery on foot. Choose between a leisurely stroll through alpine meadows or a more challenging hike along the trails of Mount Charles Stewart, both accompanied by an experienced guide who will share their knowledge of the region’s geology, flora, and fauna. As part of the experience, enjoy a stunning nine-minute scenic flight up the Cougar Creek Valley, offering panoramic views of the mountains in all directions.

White-Water Rafting on the Bow River

As it passes through Banff and Yoho National Parks, the Bow River and its tributaries (including the Kananskis) create some excellent conditions for both gentle and thrilling white-water rafting. With an experienced guide you will spend time negotiating the various rapids, as well as enjoying truly spectacular scenery as you pass through canyons and gulleys which open out to breath-taking mountain vistas. Along the way your guide will comment on points of interest and talk about the natural history of the area, as well as giving expert instruction on how to manoeuvre the raft. Horseriding in Banff

Escape in to the mountains on horseback as you journey along the meandering rivers and scenic valleys around Banff, exploring various points of interest along the way. You can choose from either a one, two or three hour trail ride, all offering magnificent views whilst your guide chats at intervals about the area and keeps an eye out for any passing wildlife. The riding is suitable for beginners as well as experienced riders who are happy to simply soak up the beautiful scenery at a lovely, relaxed pace.

Interpretive Hike in Banff National Park

For keen walkers there is no better place to stretch your legs than in Banff National Park, where a number of excellent walking tracks weave their way through stunning mountain vistas. A full day hike is an excellent way to explore the trails around Banff and Lake Louise with a professional, and passionate, local guide who will share insight on the geology and ecology of this pristine area. The exact location varies depending on which day of the week you do the hike, however you can expect to walk for around three to four hours (distance between 8 -13 kilometres), including an overall elevation of around 350 – 700 metres, with beautiful viewpoints along the way and a hearty packed lunch. A reasonable level of fitness is required. &;
