Curi Cancha Reserve nature walk

Currently attracting fewer crowds than the Monteverde nature reserves, Curi Cancha is a smaller reserve at slightly lower altitude with areas of primary and secondary cloud forest. The forest clearings here make it a particularly good place good for seeing birds, and you may even be able to get a glimpse of the beautiful resplendent quetzal. Other species to look out for include spider monkeys, the three-wattled bellbird, sloths, toucans and hummingbirds.
