Borneo Nature Lodge

An eco friendly lodge located in Sukau, the Borneo Nature Lodge is a simple place to spend your time in Kinabatangan whilst on the hunt for local wildlife. Nestled on the riverbanks the lodge features a three story viewing tower perfect for avid bird watchers, whilst the surrounding boardwalks are great for nature spotting and even feature elephant passes for the local residents to travel through the grounds.

Each chalet features green details - the electrical items run on solar power (except the a/c units), energy saving light-bulbs are used throughout and a fixed glass feature lets natural light flood in. In addition the decorative items are handmade by the local indigenous people. The rooms also feature comfortable beds, private en-suite bathrooms and coffee making facilities. A communal restaurant area gives diners a choice for meals, where the food served is local style. Relax riverside on the terrace or explore the riverside on the excellent safaris - the nature lodge even features silent electric motors, which is a real bonus!
