Excursion Overview
Many lodges in the Amazon are set in dense forests with surrounding walking trails to explore. Your nature walk will typically take place within the lodge grounds where a specialist guide will take you on a short circuit in search of the curious amphibians, plants, insects and birds. Don’t forget to look up from time to time, so as not to miss the glimpse of a red howler or squirrel monkey passing through the trees.
