A charming, simple guesthouse in the historic centre of colonial Arequipa. High domed ceilings and beautiful courtyard tiling adds to the air of faded grandeur in this impressive colonial 18th century building, once owned by the Bishop of Arequipa. The unique rooms are all individually styled, all with plenty of character and an old-world charm. Rooms are softly lit, with televisions and tiny ensuite bathrooms. Colourful paint work and exposed brick line the walls of the pretty courtyard and garden – lovely spots to relax with a sundowner. There is complimentary wi-fi, but this is often only reaches the communal areas.
