Just 15 minutes drive from Langkawi International Airport lies the lush tropical retreat of Ambong Ambong. Built in 2011 the resort comprises of a quirky hotel as well as a separate complex of 9 pool villas 300m away.

There are currently two 2-bedroom cottages, 3 large suites and six individual studios available for accommodation. Each cottage has comfortable seating areas both indoors and outdoors, on verandas with views of the forest and the Andaman Sea beyond. These allow you to sit and unwind, taking in the refreshing forest air and peaceful surroundings. Satellite TV and broadband internet connections give you the choice of being connected or switched off.
