Excursion Overview
On this small group tour you will first take the Atlantic Railroad to Heredia, one of Costa Rica's most historic towns. Highlights here include the church of the Immaculate Conception, the Parque Central and El Fortin, a colonial tower that once formed part of a Spanish fort. You will continue on to the central market for a tour followed by a coffee roasting demonstration and the chance to prepare your own brew of Costa Rica's finest blends.
