Tsa-Kwa-Luten is an authentic and welcoming retreat set amongst the coastal landscape of Qaudra Island. The name means ‘meeting place’ and the lodge is steeped in the heritage of the Laichwiltach people who built it on the site where their ancestors once lived. Native architecture and art add to the character and warmth of the property, with a grand foyer designed to feel like a traditional ‘big house’. The lodge has a selection of lodge rooms and stand-alone cottages that reflect the ambience of its setting with rustic wooden furnishings and subtle, west coast inspired décor and views views out towards the Discovery Passage. The cuisine here is equally inspired by the ocean, with a varied menu to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the scenic terrace. From here guests have easy access to kayaking, walking and cycling trails, salmon fishing, wildlife tours and a variety of other seasonal activities.
