Depart early for an E-rickshaw (Jaipur’s eco-friendly local taxi) tour exploring the bustling doodh-mandi (milk market) where milk arrives in cans - usually on the back of motorbikes, rickshaws, or camel carts! It is quickly snapped up by neighbourhood doodh-wallas (milkmen) and confectionery shops, and taken for further distribution.
