For the experienced diver, the Galapagos is a wonderful place to spot an extraordinary array of underwater life including turtles, sharks and rays. Currents can be strong and visibility low, so do bear this in mind! Diving day trips can easily be arranged from Puerto Ayora, to visit sites such as the famous Gordon Rocks for hammerhead sharks (you need a minimum 30 dives) or North Seymour Island for sealions and turtles. Please remember it is recommended to have 24 hours after diving before you fly after your dive.
