The property sits among pines with trails on site, and there’s a shared cedar sauna for winding down after a day exploring the coast, plus boardwalk-style pathways through the trees that give it a calm, purposeful feel.

It’s a great pick if you want something a bit different from a standard hotel, particularly for a couple of nights on the South Shore where you can enjoy Mahone Bay on foot, then head out easily to places like Lunenburg and the surrounding coastline.
