Lazy Bear Lodge is a rustic, hand-crafted property located on the edge of Churchill. Built almost entirely from local recycled timbers it has a certain ambience of an 1800s trading outpost, however, inside it is cosy and warm, providing welcome shelter from the sometimes harsh weather. Interior furnishings are also hand-made, from the custom-built beds to the chairs and tables in the dining hall. Rooms are simple but comfortable and each has cable television and Wi-Fi access. The property is also home to Lazy Bear Café which offers traditional northern cuisine and is one of the few places to eat in the town.
