We constantly receive heartwarming comments from returning clients about how welcoming and engaging the local Jordanians are and we couldn’t agree more. So of course, we had to create this itinerary to connect you with the Jordanian people during your adventure – whether that’s through learning about their daily life or getting stuck in with some craft-making or cookery classes – this itinerary is for those wishing to appreciate the country beyond the standard must-sees and really get to know Jordan and its people.

Your visit will still include many of the highlights that attract most people to Jordan – Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea  – but you’ll be taken beyond the traditional sites to experience the backbone of the country, from handicrafts to olive picking and farm tours to immersive hikes. You’ll have the chance to try an array of activities, from beekeeping to Hadab making, and even have the opportunity to shepherd some goats. In between these stops, you’ll experience the local flavours, either crafted by yourself or hosted by a local family who welcome you with open arms and a hot cup of mint tea.
