Fly from the UK to Salalah, changing in Muscat, where you’ll be met and transferred to your campsite in the Empty Quarter.
Day 2
Today is dedicated to exploring the beauty of the Empty Quarter, admiring the stunning sand dunes as you make your way to your next campsite. Before settling in for an authentic Omani dinner around the camp fire, you set out on a sunset hike.
Day 3
Leaving behind the Empty Quarter your journey leads you through Bedouin villages and the blowholes of Mughsayl. You spend the night at your first hotel of the journey.
Day 4
Your 4x4 hire vehicle is dropped off at your hotel as you continue your journey alone following the coastal road to Mirbat where you set up camp. For dinner we suggest that you try the "catch of the day" prepared by the local fishermen.

Today you head to the Pink Lagoon to observe the graceful flamingos and other sea birds. Your day ends with a night in Duqm.
Day 6
Your journey north continues as you pass through fishing villages leading to Masirah, known for its white salt fields. You set up camp in Ras Ar Ruways, surrounded by sand dunes and the sea.
