This fantastic, interactive tour gives you a great insight to some of Peru’s culinary highlights as well as some of the hidden gems of modern Lima. Begin in the bohemian neighbourhood of Barranco where you will sample some of the city’s best coffee, followed by a refreshing smoothie made of a typical Andean fruit. Continue on to a local market to learn about (and taste) more of Peru’s exotic fruit and vegetables, and then learn the art of ceviche making from one of Lima’s top chefs.
