Your activity today will begin today with a visit to Cusco’s lively San Pedro market where you will select the ingredients for the meal you are going to prepare. You will then return to the kitchen to begin making a typical three course meal, washed down by a local tipple of either Pisco Sour or Chicha Morada, the refreshing juice made from Andean purple corn. The duration of the activity is approximately three and a half hours and the exact menu will be advised on the day but may include dishes such as quinoa soup, a classic ‘lomo saltado’ (sautéed beef) and purple corn pudding. A vegetarian option is also available on request.
