A short distance of Riad Dar Zitoune street, one of the great shopping streets of the medina, down a quiet alleyway, Dar Habiba offers simple and affordable accommodation. The décor is very traditionally Moroccan, but of the more simple variety: bright fabrics and smooth walls rather than overly decorative artisanship. The rooms are fairly small as befits a small hotel in the heart of the city, and the courtyard, with its fountain, is a lovely backdrop if you’re sitting or dining in the lounge; of course if the weather is good, you’ll probably want to dine on the rooftop terrace though!
