Day 1
Depart on an overnight flight to Malaysia to arrive to Penang
Day 2
Upon arrival you will be met by private driver to transfer to your hotel for check in. This afternoon walk the heritage trails, enjoy the culinary delights (including a famous Penang curry) and watch the sun set from Penang Hill.
Day 3
A morning cycle tour through the countryside starts the day - pass water buffalo, rice paddies and quaint villages. The afternoon is yours to discover Georgetown at your own pace
Day 4
Journey cross country by private vehicle to the beautiful tea plantations in the Cameron Highlands. Walk through the countryside and visit strawberry farms, or enjoy a private picnic on the rolling hillside.
Day 5
The morning is free to explore the highlands and we recommend an afternoon visit to the BOH Tea Factory, or a trek to find the rare Rafflesia. Birdwatching is also great here.
Day 6
Travel south to Kuala Lumpur where you will explore the city with your private guide - enjoy delicious local food, visit historic temples and stroll through KLCC as you visit the Petronas Towers
Day 7
A full day free in Kuala Lumpur to explore at your own pace
Day 8
Time to head to Borneo! A short flight will see you arrive to Sandakan. A city tour can be enjoyed on arrival, or head straight to your nature lodge to relax.
Day 9
A exciting day awaits. Visit the Orangutan Reserve, Sun Bear Conservation Centre, Rainforest Discovery Centre and Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey reserve.
Day 10
Head back to Sandakan, visiting the memorial park and old POW camp along the way. Arrive to the jetty where you will board a boat to travel out to the Kinabatangan River. On arrival at your river lodge head out on a wildlife tour and this evening take a night walk on the boardwalks.
Day 11
Cruise to Oxbow Lake this morning, keeping your eyes peeled for Pygmy Elephants along the way. The rest of the day is filled with nature tours and leisure time at your lodge.
Day 12
Visit the Gomantong Caves on the way to Lahad Datu, where you will continue onwards to Danum Valley - the showstopper of any Borneo tour. Here you will stay deep inside the virgin rainforest in the most exclusive nature lodge, surrounded by wild Orangutan, cats and elephants. A nature lovers paradise!
Day 13
A full day exploring Danum Valley on a variety of excursions, with plenty of time included to relax and soak up the stunning surroundings.
Day 14
Head back to Lahad Datu for your flight to Kota Kinabalu. This evening visit the lively Filipino market.
Day 15
Take a stroll of Kota Kinabalu this morning, hit the shopping malls or grab some last minute gifts before heading to Gaya Island for a few days of pampering and relaxation.
Day 16
Day free to laze on the beach, visit the marine research centre or enjoy activities such as snorkelling from your boutique beach retreat
Day 17
Another day of relaxation
Day 18
Travel back to the mainland today and fly onwards to Singapore, your final stop on the way back home. This evening visit the Gardens by the Bay for the evening musical light show.
Day 19
A full day free to explore the city of Singapore
Day 20
Transfer back to the airport by private driver for your flight home.

Wander Kuala Lumpur’s bustling street markets, cycle through quiet countryside, hike to highland tea plantations and much more. A short domestic flight takes you to the state of Sarawak where you will explore vibrant waterways and jungles teaming with wildlife. After a visit through historic Sandakan, journey along Kinabatangan River and into the Dunum Valley where incredible eco-systems are waiting to be discovered. Following the adventure, kick back and relax on tropical Gaya Island before a city stop in Singapore on the journey home.
