Karongwe River Lodge is based in the Karongwe Private Game Reserve of Limpopo but is only an hour’s drive from Hoedspruit airport in the Escarpment region.  There are 11 spacious suites to choose from including 2 family suites and presidential suites with their own private plunge pool. After your morning game drive, you can while away the morning and afternoon beside the pool or watch the game from your private deck before being whisked away for your late afternoon game drive. A Pan African cuisine dinner is held outside in the rustic Boma or on alternate evenings in the beautifully appointed dining room. The enchanting view over the Makhutsi River and vast deck allow for endless opportunities to view elephants as well as grazing antelope in between drives, the perfect place to bring the whole family.
