Tucked away in tranquil Smith’s Cove, near Digby, the Harbour View Inn is a beautiful turn of the century property in a lovely country setting. Two characterful buildings house 13 rooms, 10 in the main Inn and three garden suites in the adjacent house, once belonging to sea captain James Winchester. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each decorated differently and with unique furnishings, and the garden suites also have a separate lounge area and private deck. The property boasts colourful gardens, a 25 metre outdoor (unheated) swimming pool and a tennis court, however it is more likely that you will be out and about as this B&B is in an ideal location for exploring both the wildlife of Digby Neck and the vineyards of Annapolis Valley. The hosts here are happy to give advice on what to do and see, and a good time to plan your day might be whilst you’re enjoying one of their delicious home-cooked breakfasts.
