Ferncliff is a heritage site in Sri Lanka. The bungalow was built in the mid 1800s, and has been a family home ever since. In 2012, with renovations that have retained its colonial charm, Ferncliff is set to capture your imagination, and is one of the last links with ‘Little England’, and the great white hunter Samuel Baker, who discovered this idyllic valley, full of elephants, deer and wild boar.  There are six bedrooms in total along with a sitting room which will keep you warm and content and a dining room where you can enjoy traditional home cooking.  There are also expansive lawns surrounding the property which are perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a round of croquet.
