The Listel is located right on Robson Street, the main shopping and dining area of Vancouver, and within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions. It is characterised by the artwork present throughout all the guest areas: a mix of international prints, paintings, and sculptures alongside original and limited-edition First Nations art. A range of rooms is located on different floors. The standard guestrooms feature a colourful retro design, while the higher museum and gallery floors are furnished in more muted colours, reflective of the Pacific Northwest environment. All rooms have a range of amenities, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi, and a morning newspaper is available on request. There is also a small fitness centre, and parking is available for a charge.
The excellent Forage restaurant is located on the ground floor, specialising in locally grown, sustainable, and creative cuisine, while pub-style Timber offers a more casual dining experience alongside a selection of locally craft-brewed beer. The hotel aims to be as environmentally friendly as possible, with solar panels and even beehives on the roof, while electric bikes are available for guests’ use.
