Alpine meadows is about a 40 minute drive from Clearwater, in a tranquil location on the edge of Hallamore Lake and surrounded by forest. The resort has a number of log cabins spread around the grounds, each offering style and comfort in natural surroundings. Ranging from simple suites to fully self-catering log homes all rooms have en suite bathroom facilities and a deck area with views. The two- and three-bedroom log homes are particularly good for families.

Being located in such a pristine area the focus of the resort is enjoying the great outdoors and here you will find endless hiking and cycling trails, boat, kayak and fishing equipment rental, and an outdoor BBQ and picnic area. There is also an indoor play area for those not so perfect weather days, which offers indoor games, ping-pong and seating areas for relaxing. The Boathouse Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner (reservations required), offering west coast inspired dining options, and the lakeside patio is the perfect place from which to soak up the ambiance of the surrounding landscape.

Please note that the last 20 km / 30 minutes of the drive to Alpine Meadows is along a compact gravel road.
