Excursion Overview
Western Brook Pond is a landlocked fjord at the heart of Gros Morne National Park and offers breath-taking scenery along with incredible tranquillity. This two-hour boat tour cruises past rain-forest clad cliffs and tumbling waterfalls, and is accompanied by interesting commentary on the geology and history of the fjord. This unique environment is also home to salmon and Arctic Char as well as a range of birdlife which you may be lucky enough to encounter along the way.
Note: the departure point for the tour is a three kilometre walk from the parking lot. Refreshments are available at the dock (cash only).

First class. This was the 2nd time I’ve used Holiday Architects - they are absolutely excellent. We have just returned from a perfect trip to Canada to travel and visit friends which Paul Turner brought together excellently.
