Quebec is brimming with artisan food producers, many of whom draw upon French, English and American influences, making this a bit of a foodie heaven. This two-and-a-half hour excursion takes you on a journey through picturesque Saint-Jean, in the Upper Town, to meet the makers and learn about the different culinary traditions of the city. You will get to taste the typical local specialties from a variety of shops such as grocers, a chocolate factory, a microbrewery, restaurants and bakeries.
