With just seven cottages in a serene setting on the banks of the Zambezi, around 40 minutes drives from the Victoria Falls, Waterberry Lodge offers arguably the warmest welcome in Livingstone. Set in verdant gardens with privileged views of the mighty river, each of the cottages is unique, with a range of views, styles and configurations, some suiting privacy-seeking couples and others perfect for families. All are solid stone buildings with high thatch ceilings, wood floors and plenty of space inside, while most have private terraces with river views.

Elsewhere, there is a split-level central lodge building where meals and nightcaps are enjoyed, a good-sized swimming pool, a floating sun deck over the Zambezi and a private, secluded dam which acts as a magnet for birdlife.
