Mark’s Camp is situated in the 7,500 hectares of the Lalibela Private Game Reserve and is blessed with a large waterhole in front of the lodge, where it is not uncommon for guests to see antelope, giraffe, elephant and predators coming to the waterhole. The stone and thatched chalets are set within the indigenous gardens and are decorated in a relaxed Pan-African style with private observation decks making the most of the views. The lounge is set around the fireplace and the open-sided dining area gives you the feeling of an outdoor dining boma. What makes this lodge stand out is it is one of a few family-friendly lodges in the region, where children of all ages are welcome.
